Had a great Christmas vacation, loved the location which was right next to a popular sports stadium and only a two-minute walk away. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the facilities offered, like fast and free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected with friends and family back home.

Personally, I didn't like the fact that we had to request the receptionist to open our room every time we left, but it wasn't a significant issue. the A.C and heater didn't work correctly, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
